In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilise a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests.

Data Protection

In order to run this system effectively we need you to enter some information which is personal to you. We cannot operate the system without this data, so our reason for asking is that we have a legitimate interest in managing the system and providing you with answers. We do not need your consent because you can just as easily choose not to use this system and contact us in other ways, but if you continue to log a ticket you need to know that whatever information you give us will be treated with absolute confidentiality, will never be used to send out unsolicited email, or shared with anyone else unless there is a legal requirement for us to do so. As a minimum we need your name and email address. The system will automatically collect your IP address. We will also collect other information relating to your problem, such as browser type and version number, but these are not considered 'personal'.

We will retain your personal details so you have an account in the system until you inform us in writing that you no longer require access to this system, whereupon we will delete your account and personal data at the earliest moment we can, certainly within one month of the request being received. In removing your data all of your history in the system will be lost. We may choose retain the broad details of your issue as part of our FAQ, or 'Knowledgebase', but your personal details will not be included in this.
